You know what my theory is, because you have to install the whole game to play on x1 and the disc will be useless and if they give permission for the used games, only one disc will be sold for maybe I don't know how many people, one will install and hand it over to other one and this will go on, but for ps4 the system is the same, you will play, if you buy so that's why Sony don't need that kind of crap except maybe for digitally downloaded copies.

You are talking about the games digitally bought but if you buy a game disc it's something else, you are the owner of that physical copy and you should have the right to use it however you like, it's like your mom buys a car but you have to pay fee to drive it.
