In many ways yeah. There are issues with pacing and the length of the game but theres no denying that from a narrative and technical aspect it has completely raised the bar for open world games.
The game that ruined RE for me. Terrible stiff controls, horrible writing and voice overs with crap camera that was far to close to leon. Not to mention the design of kill things to get money to buy more guns to kill more things completely ruined any survival horror element it had.
Doesn't work as an action game or survival horror. Massively overrated.
Exclusives. There's just some games that come out u NEED to have. Like an itch that needs scratched.

the switch might be better sales than ps4 but that has nothing to do with the quality or quantity of the titles which is what my whole point is. That is why it would be depressing. They would naturally be missing out on so many great 3rd party titles due to 3rd party situation with switch.

Absolutely agree. The mini dungeons were a real dissapointment. The Survivial elements like the breakable weapons shouldnt have been in the game etc. Story rubbish like all zeldas and the graphics were really poor, no AA, the grass; AHHH my eyes. Some performace issues to top it all off and you have a very overhyped game.

Only owning a ps4 isn't for the best either, but if u only owned a ps4 it would certainly be much better, again due to better 3rd party support. Simples.

I feel very sorry for Japanese gamers. So many missing out on great ps4 games. I mean is the switch the primary console for some Japanese gamers? That's a depressing thought indeed...
The pc, ps4 and Xbox one run at 60 frames with higher graphics. This will be 30 frames at lower graphics. So a worse version than them.

2018 was a very quiet year for the switch so surely 2019 has got to have better output?
in fairness, bar the wii, Nintendo has never been that successful with home consoles only handhelds so this makes a lot of sense from a busniess percpective.
Also Nintendo should have went software only years ago. There hardware is terrible in comparison to everyone else in the industry.
What's the worldwide sales though? That's the real question.
