I see your point but I think its all depends on the person. I have the Android G1 by GooGle and I still carry my psp along with me most of the time simply because I feel like the PSP has higher quality games, and the can connect with my PS3.
Look i'm simply using MS as example to show that all companies remove thing to lower the price.

your just plain wrong. MS and SONY have removed things from their consoles to lower the price. If sony had removed the hard drive people would be complaining about that. This is the reason MS can sale their 360 so cheap.
