I also agree with you on SONY'S name is being dragged through the mud and I'm glad to see them start letting people know some the advantages of getting a PS3.
According to Media Post and Sony, Home made over a million dollars as of early Jan. less than 30 days after launch.
HOME also had over 3.4 million downloads less than 30 days after launch according to Media Post.
So when the hell did making millions become a failure.
Also every time I visit HOME its full of people so obviously SONY is doing something those people seem to like.
I honestly believe that most gaming journalists must have taken a class that told them "when in doubt bash SONY."
inFamous will be a great game just like KZ2. Some people need sales to prove to them that a game is good. Even though KZ2 had great above average reviews Xbox fans still call it a flop. Im starting to believe some Xbox fans dont care how bad a game is as long as it sales good than it makes them happy.
Its funny because we (gamers) have little to benefit from sales. So other than sales what do xbox fans have to brag about.

You said time splitters sold well and still went under so by your logic it doesn't matter if a game sales are good or not it will still go under. HarukoHex. well the first killzone didn't put up the numbers sony was hoping for but still KZ2 is here and if SONY is happy with the numbers then it will indeed be a KZ3. SONY doesn't depend on one particular game to get all their sales, never have. You have no idea what you are talking about and if you need a game to have huge numbers before you can enjoy it than your not a gamer period.

I visited HOME yesterday for the first time in a while. I must say I'm impressed with the progress of it. I love the new spaces and I had a lot of fun in the Red Bull space. I found myself visiting five more times after that. HOME is on its way to being something really special.

No one can deny NIN. success, but imo some of that success has to do with the fact they never shyed too far out of their comfort zone.
Im not saying they cant, but that would put them in the same waters with SONY and MS and we all know competition is a lot more stiff amongst those two companies.
I don't think NIN is overlooking SONY or MS. they know what it takes to be on top and they know how it feels to be on the bottom.
