Well everybody can state their opinion ..but I thoroughly enjoyed The Order 1886. I played on Hard & have the Platinum. It wasn't super easy nor difficult.
I see similarities between Quantum Break & The Order 1886 beyond 3rd person cover shooting. Great Visuals, Good Story, but very linear. I feel like QB may not be much longer in game play time than Order 1886 and I hope those live action sequences (though good) are not in there simply as filler.

3rd Party should make Cloud Games if the cost isn't too prohibitive ...the more the merrier.
If you can afford time/money, just buy an Xbox One and have the best of both. Personally, I was always going to purchase an X1 regardless of the advancement of the Cloud. So the Cloud is an even greater incentive to do so.

Zygna have previous, no sympathy from this one. I sure hope the Mobile Gaming bubble is bursting. It's super awkward playing on a Cell Phone...especially during commutes. More suitable to simple games like Snake, any Card games, Golf etc ..games that do not require fast action button sequences.
Played GTA San Andreas on my smart phone and whilst it looks awesome, it's a Pig to play ...plus is a terrible drain on battery life /
