I'm playing the PS4 version and I've not encountered any major drops yet..after 9 hrs playtime.
It's in better shape than The Witcher 3 was in the bog and Novigrad city areas ...PS4 version is just fine /

I have around 60 AAA Games on PS4 (Retail/Digital), that to me is proof alone PS4 has plenty of games ...or are they vaporware? /s

...and just like most 3rd party publishers, Ubisoft will give a far greater consideration to PS4 for future projects. PS4 will undoubtedly be Ubi's lead development platform, thus PS4 Gamer's will get the superior console version, and Sony gets priority marketing...
