I agree with the power brick I have never had an issue with them, infact I prefer them than internal PSUs since they are easier to replace if anything happens.
It was good but it wasnt to the quality of the original Theif titles, including Theif 3 which i enjoyed.

Its good but I dont think its game of the generation. Infact I think Skyrim is the weakest out of all the elder scrolls (excluding redguard and battle spire).
My favorite ES game has to be Daggerfall! But in terms of game of the generation I cant really decide, for me personally I think most games this generation have been over rated and the ones that are good arent outstanding IMO.

I'm No fanboy if that's what your thinking. I was actually contemplating going nvidia and getting a 760 but will be waiting for the new series of GPU from AMD since I had some bad run ins with nvidia gpus.
It goes back and forth between the GPU crown and it depends on the game too some things AMD do well and nvidia do well in others.

Are you seriously using some sort of synthetic benchmark comparison? I wouldn't trust them for any GPU. And considering that the 7 series from AMD is about 2 years old now and still maintains a high position isn't something to sniff at.
This driver rubbish in relation to AMDs drivers not being good is something I havnt experienced so Maybe I'm lucky. And nvidia haunt had perfect drivers either so it goes both ways.
What messing around? I have been using AMD for years even before AMD bought ATi. Don't start spreading some fanboy flame bait
your right engine refinements is whats needed. During that Nvidia demo they showed a 1000ms latency which was 30 frames... so imagine if you have a game that hardly goes above or dips below 30 youll either get no indirect lighting or alot of light corruption (corruption isnt the word im looking for but I cant remember the word!).

Yep your Right. That's not to I say I don't like the new ease of use for PCs but this new wave of PC gamers don't have a clue. A majority of them don't even build their PCs.
I cant help but feel that the recent influx of "new gen" PC gamers have actually been something of a detriment to PC gaming in terms of their attitude.
You now have ALOT of people jumping to PC and throwing it in everyones faces getting on like they are some sort of ascended human even though they have been playing PC games for probably about 2 years.
Dont get me wrong even long time PC gamers get on like idiots but this new wave dont realise how ea...
I also think the name is an issue too. Though we understand it but the masses don't seem to, if they called it Wii 2 it would avoid confusion since people know that anything with a 2 beside the name is a follow up.
And I dunno why Nintendo acted surprised when hardly anyone picked it up at launch since most of the games were available on other platforms and for cheaper!

I have an XB1 pre ordered but honestly I wouldnt stop them from making the kinect optional. Im hoping they announce it at gamecom but I dont thnink they will :/
