Near-global scale? It's Europe and a modest sliver of North Africa.
Putting your point across well enough does not instantly make it a good one. By the article's line of reasoning, games with female leads are for girl gamers, and male leads for male gamers. That's patently incorrect. I don't like to criticise articles overly but I feel like this was a bit too anecdotal to be a full column.
I'm all for supporting South African gaming sites, but this article is a little odd. Ignoring the spelling and grammar errors, the opinion expressed is a little odd. The writer couldn't enjoy Tomb Raider or Remember Me (both being acknowledged as "great" by the author) because of the female characters?
That's simply peculiar.
And how could a lead character's gender be universally a dealbreaker? What of the female gamers who have no choice but to pla...
I kind of like the look of the new screen. I have a fondness of LCD screens, so the yellowish tint, slightly lower image quality, I like it. And considering the fact that it adds to the battery life, it's definitely worth picking up.
The body also looks more "plasticy", like the PSP 2000, which I really like as well.
@RedSoakedSponge
Not kidding xD I was relieve as hell to discover that too.
Top-right corner is a loading icon, rotating. When it disappears you can tap the screen and the cutscene skips.
Because each point is really big, at about 1000 words each. Nobody would read it all if it was one huge article. It's currently a weekly feature.
But damn, did you see that dog?
Good article. A bit sparse, it would have been nice to hear a bit more detail about each game instead of a short, basic description.
But good. I enjoyed the read.
Doesn't fit the criteria of the article.
This industry changes so fast. And I was just recovering from the fact that Sacred 3 is going to suck... now I'm reminded we'll probably never get another Black and White.
There really are a lot of us. And there are a surprising number of good South African gaming sites.
YES, PLEASE. I NEED THIS ON MAH VITA.
And worse, you can never even enjoy a full song in Pokemon. You either walk into a building or different route - music changes. OR WORSE, a hundred wild Pokemon starting the battle music.
I don't even like Chocobos, they're silly. But this seems like fun, so meh, I could probably look past that.
Oh the things I would give for YuGiOh on Vita...
You'll know it when it happens.
Near identical art style as Age of Empires Online.
NAO.
LINTZ FLARZ.
Really questionable are those reviews on sites you know can't have had the review copy before release day. You can totally tell when a review is illegitimate and there have been so many of that kind with GTA V. So, I don't really know your site, tpreview, but you have my respect for this.
