I loved playing Destiny from day 1 but after regularly grinding for over a thousand plus hours,I finally said enough, after House of Wolves.
More than annoyed at the constant weapon nerfing and rubbish loot drop, my addiction was finally broken and decided to forgo TTK - mainly because of the price, here in the UK.
However, my son bought me TTK for my birthday in September so as to continue our weekly Co op play.
He's since defected full time to ...
Thank goodness the Gunsmith finally sells weapon parts. Or has that been there for a while and I just missed it?!
Edit
No, I just read it under the title lol
Best thing about VR is that it's not just about full games. A whole range of experiences eg deep sea diving, space walks, haunted houses, roller coasters can all be created and implemented as VR experiences. The sky is the limit really.
Bungie.
I had same problem a few weeks ago but cured it by turning my Bravia TV off and then on again ( thanks Roy of Renholm Industries!)Strange.
It's a shame but I would have loved a VR version of Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.
It's one thing acquiring new and better weapons but the current grind of the day is for weapon parts to upgrade them.
I got rid of almost 2000, a while back because of the vault space issues. Now, typically,it's grinding out one weapon drop at a time, just to break down.
Legacy engrams have caught out many an excited Guardian. Me included :( lol
A memorable game for many reasons. Graphics, voice talents and soundtrack come together for a real gem of an experience.
Excellent price at Amazon UK. Feels nice and tight compared to my day 1 ds4's.
TTK has definitely given this game the shot in the arm that it needed.
I tried it and ran through 5 x 3 coins and got Nada.
I loved playing Destiny but having paid £85 on day 1, I, like so many other UK players, find it hard to swallow, paying another £40 for TTK. Is there £125 worth of content?
Bring back Dinklage. If he's not available, I'll settle for Peter Griffin.
Uncharted going out with a bang.Personally, I'm on-board for this.
Nice one, Canada.
Also throw in some of the most talented game developing personal. From artists to musicians and writers and voice actors.
@aiBreeze
That pretty much sums it up for me. Bought and played nothing else from day 1 up until about six weeks ago.
Not prepared to buy TTK until we get some sort of price parity here in the UK.
It's undoubtedly a great game but I've personally decided to draw the line until the price is right.
So, will this be down to the engine that Guerrilla uses or can we expect to see this in other PS4 games, in the future?
Is Sony to thank for the about face of Microsoft's XboxOne?
