First and foremost, I think of the Vita as a pocket PS4 because of remote play.
Also, the high price of memory cards was also a downer until I realised how many 'free' games I get through PS plus which goes someway to offset that cost, imo.
Its missing my biggest PS3 exclusive disappointment. Haze......*shudder*
My PS3 updated this morning and interestingly, so did my Sony Bravia. Just saying/hoping/wishful thinking lol
I'm really excited to see what Guerilla Games have turned their hand to after so long with Kz.
That would be surprising but also indicative of how Microsoft continually screw up the promotion of the xbone. Surely it would be a more positive step to get behind their console rather than trying to persuade gamers to trade in their PS3s?
@DeadMansHand
You nailed it there ^^^
Can't wait for DriveClub and I wish we could get some info on GG's new IP.
I'm still intrigued about GG's new IP.
Mmmm........MS+M's........ ..
Its rarely been out of my PS3 since its 2012 launch but I just hope that Gearbox remembers there are still some who prefer the SP experience.
BL2 is obviously balanced for co-op play and has some real difficulty spikes for the single player. Also the SP drop rate for great/legendary gear is border(landing?) on abysmal.
I was seriously disappointed to lose this at PS4 launch but it looks like a well-worthwhile wait :)
This will only be a US service though, won't it?
To quote Kaz: 'Wow'.Those are seriously big numbers.
I can only say for me personally, BC has never been an expectation. Sony continues to support the previous generation for a generous period as with PS2. I dont see them running out on PS3 anytime soon.
The value of PS + along with free online PS3 gaming and the fact that PS+ also gives me some great 'free' PS Vita games, negates the pricey Vita memory card moans imho.
I think they give me a pretty good deal as a gamer.
@ malokevi
I didn't.
Sony are advertising on full page spreads here in the UK about PS4 being available again now.
Momentum is what Sony need to succeed with this generation.
Size DOES matter ;-)
Thats an excellent article and spot on the money.if it underlines one thing, it's that Sony and Microsoft need each other to drive the competition and benefit all gamers that have invested in this generation.
Kudos to the 'new' listening Sony. It wont all happen overnight but with Yoshida providing a relatable gaming personality, it really shows where the battle for hearts, minds and sales, can be won.
Its a great feature to have when you want or need it. Personally, I usually use the Picture & Picture screen on my 55" Bravia. Its pretty good playing the PS3 and/or PS4 alongside the footie on the same TV screen :)
