I feel like I got Rick Rolled with the WiiU. A "console" was never actually shown. What they did show was a very snazzy controller with some very cool capabilities. Nevertheless, the offerings are just "hmm.....interesting" ;, not ground breaking. Will the WiiU be a very sturdy console on launch? Yes! Will it have enough of a unique experience to convince Wii owners to buy it and PS3/360 gamers to jump ship? Uh...no.

The fact they tried to release Prototype in the same release window as Infamous really hurt both of them but hurt Prototype more due to it being the lower rated game. Luckily this time their releases will be nowhere near each other.

very interested in hearing about this SciFi RPG by DONTNOD. I somehow completely missed this. An RPG series is the one thing missing from Sony's First Party Repertoire. Yea, they have a few JRPGs in their owned IPs catalog but nothing with a huge budget.

In a generation where games cost up to 60bucks brand new many don't have the funds to get every game they want. This means they have to decide between whats worth an immediate purchase and what they should wait on. This means that if you had to decide between a 7.5 game and a 9 game, ur gonna go with the one thats higher rated.
Many might not solely base their purchase on just the reviews ...
I was highly offended to hear the game would only be coming to PC and Xbox360 in A-Typical PC oriented Developer fashion. I realize that is their expertise tho but I am sure If it meant getting another game under their belt Sony is willing to help them port it. Thats the wierd thing I find about situations like this. That is precisely what XIII-2 is. Its all the content they cut from the original game due to space constraints yet they can't publically say any of that.
I finished AND Platinumed the game(as I am a hardcore completionist when it comes to FF games). Now the game has much fun to be had within it but it just always feels like it is missing key elements that I have learned to love from the series and just over all.
-The Battle System: very fun in my opinion but I totally understand why some feel its too automated. It might not have felt that way if you could at least switch between characters within a battle.

I just think they realized they had something good going so they rly are starting to flesh out the multiplayer. Its pretty wierd that U2, a game that is predominantly a single player game has a multiplayer that is more popular than KZ's or Resistance's. Honestly I just think they should make both of those games 3rd person as First person feels so out of date.

Uncharted is the defacto system seller here naturally. I hope the game has some kind of online capabilities as well as that would be SICK. Had no idea there was going to be another SuperStardust, LOVE LOVE LOVE that game on PS3 and seeing as NGP games will have trophies, SOLD!
You guys are forgetting Jeanne D'Arc on PSP. Brilliant game. I also hear Professor Layton is the BeezNeez. They are definitely under appreciated as great game developers. There game's might have flaws here and there but they are highly enjoyable. I had more fun with WKC than I did with FFXIII :P

I don't know why Sony hasn't been showing this off. It looks rly fun. Hopefully its an Action JRPG. That would make my day. Gameplay looks unique.
