TheOneYouHate is right. Reviewers whole purpose is to give an opinion on a game which they believe will resonate with what anyone interested in that "type" of game will like. Because if a reviewer reviews a game like tetris and he HATES puzzles, based on HIS liking the game is horendous, but if he bases it on what fans of that genre will like it will be much more fair.

That only includes US sales, where we all know 360 does the best. We are talking WW here and over all territories PS3 is usually undertracked. For the most part VGchartz finds the lost sales and adjusts it but I think there was something about certain territories that Sony sells in don't have a universal way of keeping track of sales.

This is freaking Epic. I love the Persona series and P4 is the BEST! I can't wait. I am fairly happy that it will not be using the dumb down traveling sequences of P3P or the ones for DS, I hate those. This also means P4 with TROPHIES!!!! I was already sold on the system but this just cements the idea even more.

LBP and MNR are better. U perceive LBP to be slower only because Mario forces you forward with the constantly moving screen. Certain levels of LBP play like that but its not forced. And the jumping is actually the same timing and speed of mario its just because of the 3D aspect and the flowy movement of it all changes the way you react to it.
Halo is milked just as many other games are. I percieve a milked franchise that has stayed well past their welcome due to the fact the main story has been completed, not making any progression, or the gameplay has become stagnant yet they still keep churning out games.

There is more than Uncharted to care about as a PS fan.Uncharted is the big game to be right now but there is also LBP,ModNation Racers, Resistance, Killzone, GranTurismo.
And LBP is just as interesting if not more than any Mario platformer. If you say Mario is some kind of great game but LBP isn't than you are a fanboy. LBP offers tons more than any current gen platformer, or game period for that matter. Same goes for MNR and Mario Kart.

Um, the system is worth every penny. 250 is very cheap as far as new age tech goes. Iphones and Ipads cost upward 500. This is definitely the greatest Launch Lineup of any system in the history of gaming. Now in reality many of these might not show up until a month or two later which is good for there are way too many great games to choose from. My Vita library will be as follows...

It is actually common knowledge that Sony and all of it's owned properties will loan assistance to any developer looking to bring a game to their systems. Thats how EA and Ubisoft got so much better in the past few years.
All they have to do is ask but pride hinders most 3rd party developers from wanting to admit they simply are not as good as they thought.
Point 1:PS3's $600 price at launch due to BD Trojan Horse?
A: Yes it was a trojan horse for the BD format but the system did also cater to what Sony believed to be great advancements for gaming. PS3 had the Cell tech as well as BluRay, both of which were before their time really. The system was also actually selling at about a 200 dollar loss at that price. 600 was actually a STEAL!

I'll be getting a Vita most definitely over the 3DS. My PSP gave me an epic selection of games to play over it's time, much better than anything I had ever experienced on the DS.

I am dissappointed to hear it will no longer be an exclusive. Was hoping to finally get a PS3 architecture built RPG utilizing all of its power and disc space, just as FFXIII was originally suppose to. Guess I only have FF Versus XIII to look forward to in that respect. Nevertheless, the concept has me highly intrigued. Hoping it still turns out good.
I am just excited Sony is actively persuing RPGs to add to their exclusive column. They have every base covered EXCEPT RPGs and they need too really secure it seeing as they can no longer rely on backstabbing companies like Square Enix :/

I wouldn't call GI good exactly, they are ok at best. I personally only read for the previews of what is to come rather than reviews.
