i7 under recommended spec seems a bit odd. My i5 might not cut it for high settings.
Thankful for another great year in gaming!
Even if PS4 is inevitably the more powerful console, didn't MS ask for identical performance for multi-plat titles previously? I don't want MS to go away completely but they need to focus more on their products rather than forcing restrictions on developers just to "level" the playing field. Until then I refuse to support them as a gamer.
Love it!
Unfortunately, I've just done a bit of research on buying new keyboards/mice for my rig. Seems like Razer's quality really isn't top notch with the premium price tag they are charging.
I'm glad I had it pre-ordered during E3 promo just because it was made by Vanillaware. Now I'll sit back and wait for it delivered to my doorstep on release day.
It's gotta be the koolaid :)
I don't blame DaThreats for being upset with SE. A company that kept going back on their words is not worth anyone's trust. Until the game actually releases I'm not going to hold any high hopes with any of their trailers. It's sad because I used to be a big fan of SE games, not so much anymore.
Choices is the key word here. I'd be pre-ordering PS4 day 1 if PS+ wasn't mandatory for online play. Yes I'm a current PS+ subscriber, just that having choices taken away does not appeal to me. Good thing I still have a huge backlog to finish on my PS3.
Totally agree with you there. I'm on PS+ right now for its free games and such but it's because I chose to have it. Having it shoved in my face for next gen for online play makes me not even want to get a PS4 at this point. I know all companies are out making $$. But as a consumer, I do not like having choices taken away from me.
Not to knock on 3-4-5 or anything but this is one awesome comment.
As much as I hate to say it, as long as PG keeps making quality games I will be a fan of theirs. I'm really not planning on getting a Wii U as my next gen console of choice, but best of luck to PG if Nintendo does acquire them.
I was one of those 8.8m who bought it expecting an impressive ending to a classic series. Not the best purchase in my gaming career...
Maybe it's just me but I get Deja vu looking at screen shots of Death. Kind of feels like Raziel from Soul Reaver.
As oppposed to backtracking in DMC4? Countless costume DLCs? please...
Can't wait for the sequel.
I have my doubts on whether it'll ever be "hack free" again for the PS3. Hackers will always find ways to exploit. But as a consumer, I feel much more comfortable knowing Sony is doing something about it.
3 reasons I didn't buy Enslaved:
- unimpressive demo
- Castlevania
- DMC
This is a well written article that examined the issue from different perspective including us gamers. I'm also interested in the outcome of the litigation since it could set a precedent for similar events in the future.
Entered, crossing my fingers :)
