Releasing the private and root keys to someones prodcut on the internet is a hell of a lot different than just jailbreaking an iphone.
If he had done the same thing with iphone and release private key to sign software as legitamate apple products yourself he would have had the same lawsuits brought against him.
The amount of people on this site that are armchair lawyers is amazing.
So far at this current time all it has allowed is them to run 3.50 upwards games on 3.41 Jailbreaked consoles.

I agree. I buy most valve games on the PC but some dont have the luxury and only have a console.
So it would be nice for them to have the same service we get on the PC.
Actually Gabe has already said before that he would give free updates for 360 if it wasnt for MS wanting money after the first free patch they get.
I think there is also the same thing for DLC as well.
Hopefully with his signing with sony to us steam works at least the PS3 will start to get free updates and DLC.

Neogeo had one of the best game pads aswell.

I think you are getting wrong side of what they mean by damage. Most review moan about the body damage being naff. But that is because they are not at a high enough level to get the full body damage.
The patch they are releasing is for mechanical damage. So that is engine, axels, tires, gearbox. Stuff like that.
Cant wait for an ipad but i am waiting for Second generation of it. I dont generally buy first gen Apple products.

They are asking them because MS don't respond. A lot of sites ask these guys question about the technology because they have used it before.
All i hear from any MS Rep or Kudo about the tech the best you get is "Its going to be fun you are the controller". As lot of sites want to know more about how it works and if it has limitations and can it work with more hardcore games.
