I don't see how it will reduce the sales of the game. People excited for Metro are still going to be excited for metro, regardless of platform. I am pretty sure EA games, even with their much worse storefront, haven't suffered a loss of sales because they are only available there.
Another case of cry babies not getting their way so they trow their toys on the ground and storm off. They were doing the same with Ace Combat 7 because it didn't support some super high tech flight sim joystick even though Ace Combat is not even close to a flight sim.
I cannot wait for Psychonauts 2. I always thought the original was way more fun than Mario and his ilk.

You think Anno is going to be bigger than Warcraft, Total war or even tropico? I think you are letting your love for a franchise blind you. As for Phonex Point that looks super interesting and is doing some wonderfully new things. That leave The Settlers, which to be fair, could be great, could be terrible. But I can see why it was included in this list over Anno, it is a reboot of a classic series with the promise of significant new features whereas Anno (solid games don't get me wrong) ...
READ THE REVIEW CRIMSON. The reviewer has a problem that the majority of the game isn't anything new and that the only new feature (which is talked about in depth) isn't enough to evolve the franchise. Hence the title is not click bait and accurately reflects how the reviewer feels. I think you misread the article, the author states that social media will only get so far, ultimately business heads don't care at all what people are saying as long as the dollars are rolling in.

I am kind of on the maybe side of things. Especially these days when so many "full" release games are released unfinished. The only difference with PUBG is at least they are honest about it not being finished.
