Jesus, someone is really looking for something to be cranky about today aren't they?
I can tell you this sort of thing isn't hard to find. There are plenty of people out there who want gaming to stay a white-male dominated space. Frankly the more articles, op's and features like this the more chance things will change. Representation is important and it is very easy to see that unless you are a white male, you get almost no representation in gaming.
Load times weren't great dude, especially when compared to PC games of a similar style. No need to get yourself in a twist over it.
Adore this game, just trippy and cool all round
was hoping this would be good, keen for some RTS action
Clearly you have no idea how important TV coverage of gaming on a national network is to the gaming industry in Australia. The loss of good game is a massive loss to developers, publishers and other media outlets around the country.
It means AAA devs have less reason to visit, indie devs have less chance of coverage and gaming as a whole pastime is out of the public eye. Regardless of you disagreeing with the show's political stance it is a hard pill to swallow for the ...
Another one that may sneak in to Classic territory is Overwatch. It has had a massive impact since it was released.
Layoff the salt buddy.... will give yourself a heart attack
Hey, nice review. Something pretty different. Enjoyed it.
I hope EA brings something brand new. Not Star Wars, not Sims, not Mass Effect. Something brand new.
I love this. I often thing about books that would make great games. I think some of Stephen King's works could possibly make good horror games. Something like The Mist where you play not the actual story from the book but as another person trapped in that area. Could be fun.
Good episode. I think you guys missed a big one with the Tales from Borderlands eps. They were genuinely funny stuff.
Great article. I know that I have used games as an escape more than once. Sometimes you just want to shut down for a while.
To be fair yes they have made some great games but with everything Nintendo up in the air at the moment getting excited for the future is a very vague thing. Until there are specifics it is probably wise to not get too hyped up.
That opening level is amazing. Just so many ways to do it. Great marketing too.
Hey nice review. Fun to see something different. I like the "Diary of a Soldier" angle.
It seems to me that the feature causing the delay is one that no one asked for. Would have thought the Devs would have been aware of that. Surely it can be released and patched in later. I don't think anyone would mind.
It has to be Mass Effect and Yooka Laylee for me. Can't wait for both of those
Man, The Order's gameplay is pretty much the same as Gears. Sure they look different and have different story but it is a cover based shooter. I agree with the writer as a cover based shooter Gears is far superior than The Order.
What I have liked about this year is it seems there has been no "dead" months. Instead of releasing these games in big clumps it seems that publishers have been spreading them out much more, meaning that there is always a big game just around the corner.
