"5/10 is God of War"? That one seems a little off. It was one of the few games I couldn't drop once I started playing it.
That's the problem with reviews, everyone is different and have different preferences. I hardly ever agree with movie reviews, why would this be different?
You raise some great points. Well done.
"playing in god mode by the way, if you are thinking why you are still alive" He said it in the video.
The animations are great. This game is going to get played to death.
Oh man, too many good games, not enough time. The PS3 will be the death of me. This one is near the top of the list and has been for a while. I'm surprised that many still haven't heard of this game. It is an impressive game.
Great find. I love anything related to developers. Keep it coming.
The xbox 360 doesn't use DX10 in fact it can't, get your facts straight. They were trying to release a patch upgrading to DX10, but ATI has stated that the xbox 360 cannot be upgraded in this way.
That isn't an opinion, it is fact.
Do a quick google search and see for yourself.
I was excited for this game, but now I'm not going to purchase it. The copy protection was the last straw for me. Frankly the lack of a death penalty was enough to keep me away from this game. It just seems like a feature to aid casual gamers, and I don't want it forced on me. Then there was the GameSpot quote "Annoying hitches cause the game to freeze for a few seconds at a time" for the 360 version. Now this. Where's the quality control these days?
It would be a step back from the previous Kingdom Hearts in every category.
Like most things, I'll play the "wait and see" game.
What "downfall"? Just because the 360 is already outdated doesn't mean the console war is over, the PS3 hasn't even started fighting yet. I can see why you 360 fanboys want the console "war" over already, with more than a year head start, the time period in which you can say the 360 has sold more consoles is going to be closing quick, than you will be back to the lifestyle you felt with the original xbox. Discarded.
Have you ever thought that maybe everyone disagrees with your "facts" because they are incorrect, and that you yourself don't know much about "facts"?
How dumb can you be to comment on a PS3 topic complaining about PS fanboys?
It's undeniable really. The potential of the PS3 isn't even being scratched yet.
Those screenshots are incredible.
I'm glad Crytek is working on the PS3. The future gets even brighter.
Come to think about it... he hasn't been around much lately...
Let's hope his parents took his internet privileges away for not finishing his homework.
Sorry fanboys, but I have to say it. Not only does the 360 ruin your discs, causes small fires, ruins itself, but now it ruins your children.
The 360 is basically a dumbed down PC (Which is why 360 "exclusives" are usually available on the PC). When a lazy developer takes a game and ports it from the 360 to the PS3 they still go at it as if it is a PC/360 game, instead of utilizing the features of the PS3. Since the PS3 and 360 are completely different setups, a game that is designed as a PC game doesn't utilize most of the PS3 hardware. Which is the reason behind the crappy results. You won't see this happen with Call of...
I some what agree with you, but I also disagree. Seeing as the Metal Gears play such a large part in this game, having mechanical enemies really isn't such a bad thing. On the other hand there isn't much personality with mechanical characters.
So I'll wait and see, but either way I know I can't be disappointed. This game is simply amazing.
I miss Sega.
These chart arguments are useless. They are always slanted to prove what ever bias point the person is trying to make. You can slant the charts to make it seem like any of them are winning.
What about the difference in console price?
What about the difference in time of releases?
What about waiting until all consoles release their system movers (big games)?
What about ratio in which sales are increasing/decreasing?
What ab...
I really hope these reviews aren't deducting points for the lack of a single player campaign. That would be extremely retarded in a game designed specifically for multi-player. I'm glad they didn't attempt to throw some half-assed single player mode in there, just to say that it was implemented.
I normally would agree, but with the amount of quality games out there (or arriving soon), it's stuff like this that become the deciding factors with my purchase. I still have games lying around that I haven't had time for, so I'm quite selective when it comes to purchasing games now.
