Amazing how that works lol. Good call
Whenever I play Soul Calibur I can usually win. But whenever I play Tekken 6 I get owned badly. I used to dominate in Tekken 5, but they added that retarded ground juggle bullshit into 6. Its the stupidest addition ever and it completely ruined the balance of the game. Its a very cheap technique that makes the game very unfair. You can get hit once and you've lost the entire round because they can just keep juggling. Its infuriating.
Top notch title. You can't call yourself a hardcore gamer if you haven't played this game. (ok maybe you can, but still) Buy this game, its amazing.
NOOOOO!!!
Very sly HHG. You got me on that one.
We won't see The Last Guardian at GamesCom. It will be at TGS along with FFXIII Versus, Zone of the Enders 3, and Demon's Souls 2. Both events are packed with new games but we won't see The Last Guardian until TGS. I'm guessing of course lol..
I wonder if this would work in the multiplayer. Like in BF:BC2 when you die and it asks you where you want to spawn. You can either spawn in a preset location, or you can spawn right next to one of your squad mates.
If they could implement this it would be amazing.
Boxing and RTS are the only realistic possibilities out of those. You can't do UFC unless you remove the ground game completely and made it kickboxing only.
As for Splinter Cell, tactical squad shooters, Mirror's Edge, and RPG's there is one major problem. How do you walk forward?? Run in place?? Ya thats really immersive.
:rolls eyes:
edit: If you are going to disagree please explain how these would actually be implemented.
Its so funny, you can tell its HHG just by reading the title.
That looks good. Sends a chill up my spine just by looking at those screens.
Its about the interaction. UP is a movie, and a kids one at that. You aren't socializing with the characters in the movie. Whereas Milo is a different story. You are interacting with a little boy. Now if a grown man were to go to a park and try to make friends with some kid, there would be an issue. Just because its a virtual boy doesn't change the fact you are interacting with what is supposed to be a child. Its just very bizarre. Its not like people will buy this game to get Milo to...
And the other half are 12 yr olds that have never owned a console....
Its just a joke, relax.
There are always bugs to be ironed out. Thousands of people pushing the beta more than just a few testers can do will always find at least a few bugs that the testers missed. Betas are a very important part of the development process and whether its closed or public you'll always find new problems.
@above post
LMAO at 'invisible wall'
I'm betting September... Oh wait thats when Move comes out. Ya probably October than.
Hopefully they really surprise us and launch the beta the day of their announcement at GamesCom
My subscription has paid for itself in the first month alone. How is that not worth it?? You can cry "its all old content", well guess what? Its all new to me. I'm not gonna postpone my purchase just to spite them because I would've missed out on all the content I've recieved. If you wait too long to make the jump then you might miss out on stuff you want. It doesn't bother me at all to shell out $1 a week because the content I'm getting is worth wayyy more than ...
LBP was free to users in the UK.
They are past pre-alpha of course, but the build that one guy did a review on was pre-alpha. It clearly stated that on the screen.
Its called a timed exclusive. We'll see Conviction on PS3 by spring of next year. Guaranteed.
Of course it does, bigger = better. Bigger and more diverse environments please.
Wouldnt really surprise me. The AC:Brotherhood PS3 exclusive beta gives you an idea on the relationship of the two companies. Oh and Blu-Ray. 1 disk ftw
Nooo, you don't say??
Because all of those people in the hundreds of demos are all larger than life, right??
