I think thats Visari's body double, or second in command. Notice in the opening vid how when 'Visari' grabs his daughter/wife's hand and she pulls away really quick. I think that is Visari's double, and the one that was killed in KZ2.

Stahl is dead, Him and his ship were destroyed by a nuclear bomb. I'm guessing its someone entirely new. Or the real Visari. I'm guessing the one we killed in KZ2 was a body double.
KZ3's ending was incredible!! It opens up alot of doors for where the story can go.
We may actually get to play as the Helghast at some point. I really feel sorry for the Helghast, and I have a feeling Sev (now) feels the same way.

But you can't replicate that factory radio and sell it as your own design. It would be a violation of the patent Ford has on that radio. And they'd have every right to sue you because of it.
The code he replicated onto the internet was copyright protected by Sony. Meaning it is their property. It is illegal to distribute or reproduce copyright material unless given permission by the owner, in this case Sony.
