Ummm no, Alot of the things that occur in GOW3 have never happened in any other video game ever. I'm not talking about just the animations but alot of differences in the gameplay. Just because I was explaining a few reasons why GOW3 was innovative doesn't automatically make me dumb or a fanboy. STFU and crawl back in your hole you ignorant troll.

If copying previous game styles doesn't deserve GOTY, then any FPS, TPS, RPG, JRPG, RTS, Hack n' Slash, TDS, TBSG, TPAA, or platformers can't be nominated because they are all based on previous games ideas.
God of War 3, a lack of innovation?! Are you insane?!! In what games do you climb 2 1000 ft tall titans. One where you fight one of most innovative and unique depictions of Poseidon. The other that you actually have to fight where you eventually rip his guts completely open.
Or when you pound a guys face in until its nothing but mush. Rip a guys head completely off just so you can use it as a flashlight. Or sleep with a guys wife and then kill him a few minutes later.

So far its been excellent for myself. Its only been 2 weeks and I've already gotten more than my money's worth. I can't wait to see what we get today. The store updates in 4 hours.
edit: Geez!!! almost everyone on that guy's list has it. I've only got 4 friends that have it.

Its not the gameplay they are talking about. Last years tech demo looked stunning running on a PC. Microsoft didn't want the PC version to completely outshine the 360 version. That would've made the 360 seem inferior so they completely cut the PC version. They aren't talking about gameplay. Its the graphics.
Ummm its pre-alpha code. They still have 9-10 months of development left. Don't judge the graphics this early, you'll just sound stupid.
It isn't a racing game. You drive around tryind to blow everyone else up. Its like the CoD4 with cars. Its hectic, fast paced, and loads of fun.
Oh and Motorstorm Apocalypse looks excellent.
