The Thief series is a proper stealth game. You can't go arrows-blazing, or sword-swinging to enemies numbering more than one, or else you will die. The pacing is what you would expect from a stealth game. It's a stealth game but be prepared to be scared, horrified, and shit-your-pants terrified Lol.
Yeesss please, bring back the Thief series! If there's a level in any game that terrifies the shit out of me, Shalebridge cradle is it. It is the ONLY game (Deadly Shadows) up to this date that no one can force me to finish because it really affected my psyche. I get panic attacks everytime I tried to play and finish the "Stealing the Cradle" chapter. I'm pissed because I never get to see the ending. Thief: Deadly Shadows was not even classified as a survival horror yet ...

Graphics aside, Codemasters' Pro Race Driver already topped it! And this was a last Gen game! Full damage (cosmetic/mechanical/structura l), all cars with cockpit views, ONLY real world exciting tracks ex. Bathurst, Zaandvort, Spa, etc. (no shitty fantasy tracks), Very realistic A.I. (they make mistakes), Australian V8's, DTM, BTCC, Rally, Off-road, Supercars, Karts, BMW F1, Classics, Open-Wheel class, etc.
Actually if you have played Forza, you know that by adding or removing a wing or changing your rims will affect you performance index. In Forza, completely removing either your front or rear spoilers will garner you better top speed. While going for lighter rims/wheels will make your car accelerate a tad quicker. I might add that just by using a different tire brand, you can adversely affect your car's skidpad numbers. Swapping to a bigger engine might also make your car faster but at ...

Oh please! You act as if MS is the sole company that does that. Have you forgotten about PS1 and PS2 hardware problems? We the gamers could really benefit from a Tomb Raider overhaul. Its controls and gameplay mechanics are outdated. The original Tomb Raider, FF7, Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Legend of Zelda, Halo, Resident Evil, F-16 Falcon, the original Rainbow 6, and the original Ghost Recon are among my most memorable games growing up. It's also what defines me as a gamer today.

If I can only have one gaming platform, I'll choose the best PC over both HD consoles; just so I could play the best RTS's, Fligt Sims, Race sims, MMOs, best peripheral support, best mods, etc. But I'm lucky I guess because I get to enjoy all platforms.

They can call it whatever they want to call it. All I care about is that I'll get to play it soon. I thoroughly enjoyed the first one. As long as they keep the responsive and intuitive controls, then I'll be a happy gamer. Not unlike some other game that I won't name that's stucked in the past, control-wise.

I want Hitman 5 now! Lol. The Hitman series was one of my enjoyable games that I had played. They should put in more sniping assassinations and fix the annoying -hide the body mechanics! A comprehensive H2H is also welcome, especially when fighting in CQB.
If all the games you mentioned just had average graphics, yes I would've still played and enjoyed them.
