Halo and gears would be banned in China because the "chineses" have very strict rules. Look at WOW for example , China gets expansions months if not years after the rest of the world, the wrath of the lich king expac had to be edited to kingdom come just to be released. Well considering pretty much all their apps are America only I would say you are right. Half the stuff they can do isn't even available in Australia still , imagine how it will be in China lol MS has no chance and also the consoles are readily available in China already my pen pal has a PS4 right now and has had it before I got mine in Australia.
From what i have heard from my pen pal in China , the xbone and ps4 are easily available at any electronics store anyway , so I can't imagine it will make a difference to any company "releasing" there be it wiiu xbone or ps4 if the people want it they can already get it easily, ask anyone in China that games and I can bet they know who sells them.

As an ebgames manager the current trend turning people off the xbone is the fact all the free games are digital download , I have sold more ps4s in the last month than I had the previous months and some people have come in the shop for xbone and after finding out the games are digital they have chosen ps4 instead. I am not sure why but it is the way it is, it seems a lot of people don't want digital games right now at least in australia.
It us already rated r in Australia so I don't think they seem to care enough to ban it.
Well considering the paper trail content is still going I can't imagine many will be "flooding" back in to resale for a while.
On the other hand the EBgames I manage has had around 40 copies of titanfall returned since launch , a lot where due to the fact the customers didn't know it was online only but others just didn't have a reason I guess or where bored.

I'm pretty sure it's either on tablet now or in the very near future. I found it a waste of time myself because I wasn't willing to spend loads of money on cards to get some of the op ones so I lost against people who did a lot, took the fun out if it so I gave it up and uninstalled

I agree, the best thing for xbone would be to have a different company making it , anyone but MS, I know a lot of people that are customers to my EB games shop that would rather have no console at all than get a console with MS, that is just the way it is. I don't care if the Xbox brand stays or goes but I would like MS as far away from consoles as possible.
