I am a bit disappointed it isn't 60fps, i thought they'd reach that. But you guys can't say anything, I guess you were just fine with Ryse lowering to 14fps, Dead Rising also reaching 15fps at points, and the non graphical powerhouse Titanfall reaching low teens at times too.

Whoops. Also, neither of these countries can access many features on your US centric machine, what a shame. The price should be a 100 dollars cheaper at least than it's Japanese counterpart which has more and better next-gen exclusives, with superior hardware, right?
