I would argue that Bad Company 1's campaign was better, seems sadly not many people played the first Bad Company though.
"Battlefield universe that will seemingly span multiple games and offerings, which will be developed by different studios"
As a Battlefield fan that really doesn't sound like good news to me. Sounds like they're gonna give us a whole bunch of half assed offerings, most likely with milking the series being the priority. I bought BF2042, and as bad as it is I'm still finding some enjoyment from it, but if this is their plan, it'll likely be the last BF I buy. ...
It's worth it if you can get it for £10 but not a penny more. I bought it day one and even without the bugs the game simply isn't that good. Nowhere, not even close, to what it was expected to be.
The bugs aren't the real issue though it's game design related problems which can't usually be fixed with a patch.
My biggest problem with the maps is that they are too open, the vast majority of the maps are absolute dead space. They made it big but forgot to make it fun.
They actually admitted that in an interview a while back. They quite openly said they had no idea what made those games so popular and how to recapture it.
Maybe if they actually went and played BC2 they would find out.
Amy Hennig was one leading lady at Naughty Dog (not directly PlayStation but owned by them). Although that seemed to go south and she was replaced by a couple of dudes 🤔
This is the first decent review of this game I've read. All others I've seen gloss over so much of what is wrong with it.
The launch day patch fixed a lot of the actual bugs though but so much of what is wrong is game design choices.
I'm still having fun with it, especially post patch, but it's so obvious that they are planning to monetize the shit out of this game as there is so much missing content.
I have no idea how this game is getting such good review scores. It has so many bugs it's unreal, and even without the bugs it's just not that good. Feels and looks like a f2p game.
I got on no probs last night but can't connect at all today 👎
Probably fairer to compare the PS5 and PC size rather then the Ps4 version which will have plenty of stuff missing that is in the PC and PS5 versions as well as lower res textures. The PC download is 60gb.
I absolutely loved Warhawk it was amazing for its time. Starhawk not so much.
Looking at it purely from a business standpoint, no they shouldn’t. If they did it would stop many people who have PlayStation’s and PC’s from buying it twice.
I didn't play much of the multiplayer but I absolutely loved the campaign, couldn't recommend it enough.
Really can't see that happening at all tbh.
I'm completely done with Destiny 2. Which doesn't make me happy. I used to love it but it's just a completely pointless grind now, doing the same shit over and over and over again for no real reason. I broke out the loop a while ago and I'm not going back in.
This sounds like it's probably for a specific type of game or tournament type thing. Sounds interesting.
Beards and tattoos.
Vertical field of view and Horizontal field of view. As stated most games when they state their field of view state it using the horizontal degress of view. Battlefield and plenty others though state their vertical field of view. Obviously when you change one the other changes too as the image ratio stays the same. But most people will be looking for a 90 - 100 degree horizontal field of view which calculates out to being roughly 72 degrees of vertical field of view. So anyone who doesn't...
Depends how much older she is in this one, remember she was only late teens in the first game. Faces change. But yeah I still prefer her old face.
