Haven't yet finished it but from what I've heard it leaves it open to a XIII-3...
Off the top of my head...
+ Better graphics
+ X-game chat (not possible with PS3)
+ Better performance from XMB/UI - XMB is annoyingly slow when bringing it up in game
Pretty sure there are easier ways than this.
Wonder if they have it at my gamestop (live in NYC btw) Will check later today.
I hate to even think about Apple getting into the console market...
- Console - $1000
- Apple specific headset - $100
- Controller - $100 each plus it would probably connect via that shitty iOS proprietary USB connector
"Nerf to all Akimbo weapons (reduced fire rate)"
Never thought I'd see that.
"...whether XIII-2 is a worthy sequel to XIII."
A worthy sequel to an already sub-par FF game...SE improved somethings while removing others e.g. why does the PS3 version look worse than the original? I know the reason but I won't say it. Honestly all the so called improvements feel tacked on. Take towns for instance...these are not real towns at all. I hate the time traveling aspect and implementation. It's less linear but still feel as though it is. You ca...
Totally agree. All the so called changes they made seem very tacked on. Honestly cannot really get into XIII-2 and I purchased day 1 for some odd reason.
This. Also, if they are considering incorporating any aspects from XIII/XIII-2...don't!
Same, but since it says only the west and shows a pic of FFXIII-2 it should be mentioned that XIII-2 scored A LOT worse from Asian reviewers opposed to western review sites. Xenoblade chronicles is supposed to be really good though and that is coming to the US. Also lets not forget about Ni No Kuni.
Hrm. Open steam/select game/download or play/done...not complicated
You totally left out 1-5 =\
I would argue with you but you've already used your one bubble.
Sony is a huge company. Those aspects you mention are but a few. The article mentions losses company wide and lists reasons as to why.
Er what is this knock out you speak of? They have sold better WW now over 360 for years.
Right in the article...
"Sony attributed the loss primarily to the impact of the October 2011 Thailand floods, as well as a deterioration in market conditions in developed countries and "unfavorable" foreign exchange rates."
Regardless and no matter what way you spin it, PS3 continuously sees yearly increases while 360 sees yearly decreases.
@below from the article you posted:
"Overall, the division...
No...been playing since release and it's basically just XIII and the PS3 version looks worse than the original. If you didn't like XIII you won't like this one...simple as that really.
We don't know enough about Wii U to say anything and lets just leave it at that.
PS3 version of FFXIII looks better than XIII-2...nice job SE...way to go backwards.
So basically no news...
