It easily could between 360, PS3, PC. PC itself has over 80k RETAIL preorders in the US...that is impressive considering that the majority of PC gamers buy/preorder digitally.

Browser is not as terrible as people make it out to be but it could definitely use some work.
I wouldn't get my hopes up for Flash but hopefully HTML 5. I believe Adobe is abandoning Flash on mobile in favor of HTML5

I've yet to hear anyone knock the technology behind the Vita. It has definitely lived up to the hype IMO. People talk about it being pricey but ffs nothing else on the market has a quad core CPU/GPU + 5" OLED and dedicated buttons. I've only played FIFA and HSG so far but both are awesome and FIFA is console like quality
