After i played it for an hour at a freinds house i knew that it wasnt worth the money to buy a ps3 for it because kojima didnt really innovate with the gameplay at all , it was the same MGS that i have always played. The graphics were spectacular and the sound was amazing , but im not going to pay 400 dollars to watch what is essentially a movie

There is no way PS3 can pull out of third place now , With the new year here and spending season gone , there will be no reason for the average consumer to pick up a playstation 3 over a 360 or a wii at its price. And based on what sony is saying they are not going to drop the price any time soon (and they cant , because they are not even making a profit yet)
Its so sad the state the ps3 community is in right now
They have to spam the internet with positive news to make it seem that the console they are supporting isnt the biggest financial failure sony has seen since betamax
Prove to me how developers will magically be inspired to make better games when they already know how epic the development costs for killzone 2 were.
BTW i think its funny that people believe the same guerilla games that did the first killzone is doing the second one. Sony inserted like 30 people who are from the cell R&D department to teach guerilla how to code on the thing

People seem to ignore the fact that Sony pumped around 40-60 million dollars into killzone 2 (which is hugely unrealistic for game development companies). The game is going to set the standard way too high for developers to pass , And knowing how desperately retarded the ps3's fanbase is they wont buy games unless they match or surpass killzone2. So essentially this game will be greeted by the ps3 fans as the "standard" ps3 next gen title.
