I think its about that time for the sequel to be announced. especially since quantum break is pretty much ready for launch this year. and xbox gamers have been requesting it for some time now.

You can get it in the e-shop for about 5 bucks. even has 3d support. Im buying this collection mostly for power drift. which is an awesome game if you loved outrun or classic sega arcade racers in general. Perfect set of games to play on a long flight.
This is why Im glad I went digital mostly last gen. I seen 5 more X360 games pop up on my 'ready to install' page, including that HD port of soul calibur and skull girls. nice! cant wait till they get round to BC for the rest of my treasure games. Im already playing my X360 version of ikaruga on XB1 so radiant silvergun, bangai-o and guardian heroes must soon come. and my VF2 and daytona usa X360 ports. I got at least 150 digital X360 games. I can play about 20 of them on my XB1 right...
A new VF would make me cry. A new outrun would warm my loins. But I dont think its either.

For what reason? gears is building on a game that has had sound game play mechanics from day one. TLG is not. infact its running off seven years of hype, drawn from a dev that seems to have its best days behind it....
What happens if TLG is released and reviewers pick it apart for having game design cruxes from last gen, that may feel dated in 2016?...kind of like duke: nukem forever? There is a VERY real possibility that will be the case, but its too early to say. Nobody has...

Are you saying a game that simulates the suspension, tire properties and weight distribution of a car realistically and laser scanned tracks that the suspension responds realistically too,is not a sim? FYI forza simulates what a car actually does, better than GT ( for a start PD has never simulated 4 wheel steering or tire deformation..oh..and their RUfs still behave like mid engined cars even though RUf's like porches and old VWs are REAR ENGINED...forza is ...
