1v1 online lightsaber matches would be a dream.
What is it about them you dont like?
Just let em have it. Microsoft platforms are DYING for exclusives. Seriously they've been eating crumbs after X360, and even that console only gave them a half-gen of good stuff.
While I agree with this sentiment, a LOT of action games could use 1-on-1 PvP. Developers get this messed up by thinking that every online component needs to be Battle Royale. There's a whole slew of ideas that have never been fully realized in fighting games, and we could actually bring them to fruition with 1v1 in action games.
Example: Star Wars Fallen Order/Survivor with 1on1 lightsaber battles. No mess, no clutter of 10 people acting dumb on a map...just you and...
I dunno about each. Law looks heavily detailed but Jun looks like she has no facial textures. Overall I feel like the visuals look flat & plastic. Obnoxious light bursts everywhere that I thought would be retired by 1999. The Heat System looks good but the fact that it has everybody glowing with aura for the majority of the match looks tacky.
Does the game look ugly so far? Not at all. But these visuals (and animations) are very par of the course.
That part.
Whats there to downgrade? There are already games on last gen hardware that look better than this.
Nobody wants to admit this but I will die on that exact hill. Got a whole channel dedicated to this unfortunate reality that fighting games never seem to get out of.
Thats actually mad impressive. The brand overall has been good to me but surpassing the two best consoles is a feat.
I've had GamePass PC for over a year and it's never been worth more than $4.99/month.
Nothing about a video game should annoy the player.
Thats actually great to hear.
Imagine Senators giving a shit about real problems.
Imagine every genre in gaming that you love with graphics like this.
This game and Fallen Order were my two personal 2019 GoTYs
It aged well if you're playing in 60fps. I actually appreciate the action-oriented tone of the game.
Its almost as if you dont know what a business objective is.
No one makes a video game because of a TV show. People make games to sell games. lol.
Shit that fighting games have been doing since the mid 90s...esp Namco. At this point it ruins the aesthetic.
First game is literally the only Star Wars related piece of content I've ever enjoyed. Shit was god-tier....I wish everything else related to Star Wars was as enjoyable to me.
The comparison to a PS exclusive is noted, but probably why I loved it. 3rd person, high production value games are my jam.
