Creative business unit 3 is a great team and have done such a great job on ff14 and it's expansions I have no doubt they will crush this aswell

Your 100% right really but I'd say it get linked to Ms as 1 it's day 1 on GP timed exclusive and 2 ms fans have been slightly hyping it up as a way to combat the whole lack of games narrative this yr which is also true.
For me I always said this game had turd written all over it, but it's on gp so I'll give it go, the alien franchise is one my favourites so to see that art style should give me a kick atleast.

Redfall is likely the first big Ms exclusive to hit next year in msrch earliest so so this be close to a yr half barren stretch of exclusives for Ms since halo and forza, my xsx has more dust than a dust feather.

Mgs1 would be rough without the nostalgia but 2,3,4 and ovs 5 are very playable and look great even now considering the hardware at the time.
I would definitely give the games a go, they are classics.
If u have an old game cube around you could play also play the remake of mgs 1.

Ps5 only just scrapes by being worth it as there are a handful of exclusive titles to ps5 and atleast they have delivered a steady stream of cross gen exclusives.
Xsx definitely not, no next gen exclusives and lack of of exclusives in general, it's been a $750 paper weight for me this yr and still no major exclusive in sight, could be close to a year and half before any big release which is a joke.

Game rights are up for grabs completely, as you mentioned Disney went to Ms first to make it and they turned down the opportunity, Sony and insomniac took it and smashed it out of the park.
