Its not just 3 RROD, the first gen 360's easily overheated that's how mine failed which it only displayed 2 RROD. Which did not fall into 3 year warranty given to 360 owners who got the 3 RROD.
I know world wide the PS3 outsold the 360, my point is that every one i know that owns a 360 has had to purchase more than one due to system failure which raises sales.
Im not so much opposed to not being able to buy used games or being able to trade in my games, but if they nix used games would that mean gamefly would become obsolete? That would definitely be game changer for me. I absolutely love gamefly and it would be a shame to lose such a great service.
The only reason the 360 outsold the PS3 is because each person who's owned one had to buy multiple units. I had a 1st gen that barely made it two years. My younger brother is on his 3rd. I've owned one PS3 and never had any issues with it.
I love them all, so keep 'em coming. Actually if you could NEVER make a PS All Stars game again!
Possibly. The hardcore fanboys are gonna buy the system regardless of the negatives. Even if it requires you to allow Kinect 2.0 watch one masturbation session per day to play your games offline.
I doubt it. October 17 is a Thursday which is a weird launch day. PS3 was launched in November 2006 wouldn't be surprised is PS4 is launched then.
He forgot to mention he was imagining this in his tree house *cough...I mean King Arthur's castle.
My argument isn't about whether or not the Nextbox will implement always online. Its that this article says its was never considered, and the whole Adam Orth situation was fed by the rumor that it will be required. He would of had nothing to say if that rumor didn't exist.
That's not saying much.
“You are not required to be connected to the internet in order to play Durango games and MS were NEVER considering doing such a thing." Makes this article BS. NEVER considered? So Adam Orth is 2x douche? Not only for his comments, but for causing drama over something that was NEVER considered.
So Adam Orth put his job on the line for absolutely nothing? Not so sure about this article.
It weighs as much as small child and looks like a filing cabinet.
IF Anon did indeed cause these service issues, its probably just a warning shot. They're letting Microsoft know if they do implement always online even to play single player games they will screw them badly at the time of launch.
8? I've had one with no issues. There is this thing called "maintenance" and amazingly it works.
Guilty as charged.
@ onyoursisterback "THERE Sony fans" @ sengoku "and THERE right for doing so" [THEY'RE]
Ok you got me...damn.
Its all all about context, and not trying to be a dick but 9/10 the first person to make a racist comment in a heated argument is white. When i get mad i the first thing to come out of my mouth isn't "F***in' Cracker!" I hear white dudes say the opposite when they get mad on games on a daily basis.
Yeah well my 360 failed 2 years and 2 months after i got it, 2 light RROD. I called MS support and they told if it wasn't the 3 light RROD it wasn't covered under warranty. YLOD is WAY less common than RROD. I've had my PS3 since January of 2008 and its still running strong.
