Even you eliminate the whole NSA spy crap, mandatory Kinect is lame. Will you still be able to play your games if your Kinect stops working or gets broken? I'm gonna assume not until it gets replaced/repaired. If it's still under warranty that's great, but you'll have to go a week or two without your games for M$ to get it back to you. @GrownUpGamer like i said Forza 3 was the most recent one i've played. No weather, no night racing, no rally, noob rewind feature, the ability to take corners at higher speeds without repercussions. GT5, has weather, night racing, rally racing, has better SFX, cars look better, more cars, more realistic racing mechanics. @midnighter First off learn to read his comment says "GT6" not GT5. Forza are good games IMO (at least the first 3 being as those are the only ones I've played) and there is nothing wrong with liking Forza over GT, but considering how almost every one of your comments is directed towards bashing anything SONY related I'm gonna assume you've never even played GT5. When it comes to true simulators GT is in a class of it's own and your preference doesn't change that...
As long as there are 12 year old with irresponsible parents COD will always out sell BF. That being said im done with COD, the same old shit, laggy servers, BF4, and Destiny made me lose all interest in it.
@Dobgamers i doubt COD Ghosts will use M$ dedicated servers, they probably just continue using crappy P2P.
That totally defeats the purpose of being able to play instantly. Where does is say you have to be online in order to play? I don't see it.
@cabinotier Explain to me how you would access your digital content on another console without swapping out the hard drive or an internet connection? Magic? It's not forcing anything that isn't already in place. The only difference between this and whats currently available(both on PS3 and 360) is that you don't have to wait for the game to download/install, you can play immediately, that's it.
SONY is not supporting DRM and digital games have always and will always be tied to an account. You obviously didn't comprehend what you read, assuming you actually read it.
That ONE front and center looks like a portable guitar amp from the 80's. The current system isn't pretty that ONE would have been terribly bad.
Cool tech, but don't really like the way it looks or it's size. Wonder how much it weighs?
PS4's are selling like hotcakes. The Standard edition is sitting at #5 right now, while the X1 Standard edition is at #42 on the daily best sellers.

YTOD PS4 Standard edition at #78 and X1 Standard edition not in top 100 yet. If PS4 keeps selling like it currently is should be moving up that list soon.

It's the same as it is currently, sort of. From my understanding you can play any of the games on your download list from any other console, but only from YOUR account without having to wait for it to download/install. Not sure if you'll have to deactivate your account every time you play on a different console, that would be a pain. This isn't like X1's deceased "family share plan" though, being as the games are only playable on YOUR account so the games aren't...
