The ps3 as a gaming console is just a plain failure. Cancellations, delays, patches, etc... Thank God Sony has the ps2 and psp helping out their gaming division. The cheap bluray player is the main reason why the ps3 sells. I know the recent news of the ps3 being able to play burned bluray movies has spread like wildfire on all those hacker sites.
The ps3 isn't hacked yet??? You do realize that it's now possible to watch burned bluray movies on a ps3? Right? Games aren't hacked yet but who cares really? The ps3 is a bluray player first anyway. And metacritic doesn't have every review. It's missing a bunch of perfect scores.
Another successful AAA title on the 360. Very impressive considering the first Fable took about 5 months to reach a million. Great times for us 360 owners! :)

Sony fans like to throw around Uncharted like the game of all games. Well it averaged an 88% on metacritic and if the game was soooooo good on graphics like you guys say... Than why didn't it win any awards for best graphics of 2007???? You know what game did? COD4 and it's also better on the 360. ;)
This just proves that the ps3 is a movie player first. I have 4 people in my family that own a ps3 with zero games but a nice selection of bluray movies. When the ps3 was the cheapest bluray player on the market, I saw Best Buy employees sell the ps3's in the movie section. I saw many older couples walk out with a ps3. Definitely non gamers.
Piracy is not and will never affect game sales. Look at GTA4. That game was leaked a full month before the release and still managed to sell 10 million. And their are numerous threads in forums throughout the net complaining about permanent bans on their 360 accounts. Their gamerscore completely gone. OUCH!
Sony definitely has lost its mighty throne. Once it was seen as the best in electronics and now it hovers in the middle of the pack. The ps2 was the king of consoles at the time. Naturally the ps3 should have the same success. Right? Well it's not and you can blame the ps3 for Sony's downfall.
