Nope your statement fails bro. Console price cuts are normal especially when parts get cheaper. The 360 was right on target to lower their price just like every other console before it has done. Only the ps3 has had a desperate price cut after 3 months of its release by taking out a bunch of its guts to make it cheaper.

Well don't you think it SHOULD have the same core gameplay??? It would be plain silly to a completely overhaul the gameplay. The right thing to do is to keep the core gameplay and add to it. Like using the enemy as a shield and have better control. How about being able to move while your down? The chainsaw battles? And of course Horde mode or a new refreshing take on CTF with meatflag.

Actually I have never said anything bad about R2. In fact I have said time and time again that I will borrow my cousin to play this game. I'm a fps fan and thought the first one was good. The multiplayer sucked bad tho'. I hate fragfests. But I never agreed with most sony fans calling this game a Halo Killer or calling it the best FPS ever!!!! It's a solid FPS and sits right next to other solid FPS like Prey or Darkness and that is all. It's nowhere near the level of the Halo series. ...
Looks like I was correct about this game. I knew R2 wasn't going to be a huge seller and I knew it wasn't going to be a AAA title like most of you boasted. A solid mid 8 is what it got and deserves.

Plain and simple, 360 owners buy games and they buy lots of them. Ps3 owners buy more movies than they buy games. That's where the money is at. It's easy to see why Microsoft has been profiting from the 360 for quite some time now while the ps3 is just a financial mess for Sony.
Poor Sony. At one point they were seen as the number one giant of electronics. Their tv's were second to none and now they fall near the middle of the pack. Samsung and Panasonic have better tv's with a better price. The ps2 was a huge success while the ps3 has been a financial nightmare. Remember the mini disc? Another complete failure. Sony is in serious trouble. You can forget about the much needed price cut for the ps3.
