The encouraging thing to note here is the hardware hasn't even been revealed and yet people are going crazy.

With a price cut at the end of this year, the ps3 will certainly kick into domination mode. Price is the only thing holding it back, not the games.

The feature i'm more excited about Ustream is the ability to broadcast your playthrough with friends.
This will bring the much needed death of biased reviews. No need for people to visit 1UP and the likes when they can experience the games first hand.

Wish i could say i'm buying all three next gen consoles but i've learned my lesson from this gen. My Wii is collecting massive amounts of dust and my 360 lost it's appeal around 2009.
The ps3 is the only console constantly providing me with unique and hardcore games on a yearly basis so it's safe to say i'm gear...
The price is the only thing holding the ps3 and ps vita back right now. overall good numbers for both Nintendo and Sony.

Then don't release your game till the 2nd year of next gen consoles. It's really that simple.

The industry could use more assassin based games to put Ubisoft in check.
For those who don't know, Thief was made way before Assassins Creed. Some even say Ubisoft got most of their inspiration from the series.
