Game developers need to stop making promises they can't keep. Just reassure us you will do your best to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience beyond your last efforts.
As a gamer that's all i could wish for. If my expectations are exceeded that is fantastic and i will be loyal to your company but if you fail, well we all know why.

Sony's new business model and marketing team are starting to shine. The fact that in Feb2013 the ps4 meeting was the most watched event worldwide also says alot about the new direction the playstation brand is heading.

Great numbers for both Nint and Sony hardware with the exception of the Wii U. To think the ps3 is selling this well and still yet to hit that magic $199-$150 price point.

well it was and still is the least favorable in the series but to say MGS is dead is just plain idiocy.
We've only gotten one MGS game this gen and that was 4.
Kiefer Sunderland is a great actor and has a memorable voice so i'm kinda hopeful it turns out good.
World domination is only the beginning for the PS4. The world would be a better place with free online standard for all platforms.
Let's hope the game doesn't get gimped. MGS4 was a huge technical marvel, i wonder how they intend to exceed it.

I agree, last gen during the ps2 era when a game sold 1 mill it was considered a major success. All of a sudden companies expect to do cod numbers? sorry not gonna happen.
Especially in these times where gamers vote with their wallets. A great game will sell. If it doesn't then devs need to start asking themselves what they did wrong and how to better their next project.
