It's painful to watch gameplay footage of a game you want to play REALLY bad... but the previewer is horrible at it >_>

It was a few days ago that I knew what I REALLY wanted out of a Xbox One game and it wasn't just pretty visuals. If anyone here's played CoD: Ghosts you know how awesome the Guard Dog killstreak is. If I could gesture to Kinect or speak to my dog and give him orders... I would never stop playing that game. I already spend hours yelling "GET EM BOY!" when he goes to defend me.
Ok I could understand if it was for utility animations like reloads and the like but if their trying to draw parallels, and make connections to the Modern Warfare cast why is it the allusion in video games is, "lazy"?
Mechanics alone are almost useless. Graphics alone are almost useless. But Graphics and mechanics make a presentation, and that's what truly matters. The game has some simple mechanics, sure. But that doesn't mean they aren't fun or as you put "mediocre."

We all want to see our fantasies played out with improved visuals, hence why technology keeps improving. But when it is treated as the sole important aspect, it's completely stupid. As I said I played KI which is Natively 720p, still going to be my most played game for the next few years. Wasn't a deal breaker that it's at lower res. Nor should it be. Ok, when people treat resolution as if it's some check mark on the back of the box in order to be fun or enjoyable, it's seriously stupid. He treated it like everyone else outside the Sony camp treats it... WE DON'T EFFING CARE! So no in that respect he didn't seem to be bothered much by a game being a lower res.

Why cause he seems to have enjoyed the game? I bet you think GameInformer is spot on by saying the game is boring, but if someone say's it's enjoyable they must be on the payroll.
