Not even in the same ballpark. Sure the expansions got delayed.. but when you bought them, they came with everything the Xbox version had. Timed exclusives suck for sure. But gutting part of the content till a later date... That's like buying a car and the dealer saying you wont get the steering wheel for another year.

Well it seems pretty unanimous that this game is around a 8-9 game. My copy just shipped out and I'm SO excited! This plus Killer Instinct are gonna give me plenty to to do till Halo: MCC

How about the same treatment for devs making games that are the exact opposite of Hatred?
The only downside I see cropping up is any that you would normally see with services like OnLive or Playstation Now. The games video is being streamed to the other players PS4 so there'll be some slight input lag. I don't see players being able to competitively play a fighting game but it'll be awesome for casual play sessions.
Shhhhh they'll get butthurt and start changing the topic by saying things that are completely irrelevant like "But Uncharted isn't on PC!!!!!!"

I'm fairly sure it did, but those are just my assumptions based on what's been revealed since launch. But regardless of whether it was or not, the fact is the game that we were shipped was lacking any substantial content. And if you what my reasoning then "I don't even have time to explain, why i don't have time to explain."
How would you know? The game was already baron and void of any interaction to begin with.
