It does not. Universal apps are apps that can work on both Xbox and PC but they need to be specifically programmed to do so. However with that being said what they announced is that the tools to make Windows 10 Universal apps is completely open and anyone can do it.
Theoretically it is extremely easy to do, so I wouldn't be surprised if indie games released on the Windows App Store but not on Xbox would be a small minority.
You can Skype between PC and X1 but it's awkward if Im also in a party chat on Xbox cause they can't hear who Im talking to so it's nice to be able to bring them into the conversation even if they're not on the console
He's talking about the PC. And if you don't want to believe it even after they demonstrated it plainly and clearly to show that it statistically increases performance... then you're in denial.

That's huge! Giving away a free upgrade to the biggest gaming platform in the world. Would be pretty funny if people didnt think that wasn't big enough to be considered gaming related.
To this day I still consider the Dreamcast as my favorite console of all time, simply because almost every game made for the thing was absolutely amazing. Plus it fits into those sweet spot years of nostalgia.
Definetly not, his weak basic attack game is a good compensation for his very good projectile based pressure.

A lot of times artists like to express themselves about a subject, some make movies, some write music, some paint paintings, and some make video games. Not really a hard concept to grasp.
