I've literally heard it all now. Things have gone so far beyond ridiculousness.
I'm hoping to see f8, halo and something new.
I see physical making a resurgence this generation due to game size and the ever increasing data caps.
$500 low price, $600 high price.
Microsoft will match whatever ps5 releases at.
We've yet to see an actual next gen game on either console. So it's hard to say.

Forza 7 @60fps is awesome. Forza horizon 4 with the 60fps option, is impossible for me to go back to 30fps.

My biggest complaint with f7 is setting up offline races for myself. Why cant I race the car I want, setup how I want, against the cars I choose to race against.
The forced homologation system doesnt allow for truly custom races.
F8 could also use more tracks, we've got plenty of cars, add some tracks.
I'm very excited to see forza 8. F7 looks phenomenal on x1x. I can only imagine what f8 could be.

Its clearly more powerful on paper. You're a blind fanboy if you even begin to argue the specs.
The differentiating factor will be ms clearly aimed for enough overhead power to hit 4k @60fps across the board.
My biggest question is exclusives. Yes I like forza and halo and gears but they arent what they once were.

I think what people fail to realize is consoles are now successful based on subscriptions.
Gamers are really the only ones bickering about sale of consoles or games, behind the scenes ms and sony are laughing all the way to the bank.
Ms is literally printing money with xbox live subs and now gamepass ultimate.

Is it just me or does everything having to do with ps5 sound like damage control now?
I'm excited for ps5 and xsx but all the different devs and tech insiders flocking to defense of ps5 makes me feel like it's even less interesting than cerny made it sound.

Sorry but you're wrong on this. Ms clearly built xsx for framerates.
What this will translate into is the same graphics but xbox consistently hitting a better framerate and possibly higher resolution. For me that's key, I want 60fps. 60fps is clearly what ms is aming for this gen and I'm all for it.
Looks ok vertical, horizontal it's the worst design I've seen for any piece of hardware. The controller on the other hand looks pretty much perfect, cant wait to hold it.
