The spy stuff you referring to is due largely to Cortana, Win10’s built-in personal digital assistant, which collects such information to better serve you. You can remove the tin hat. If that data collection creeps you out, you can turn it off sure. But it's only real purpose is so Cortana can better serve you.
I am not into VR, tried it many times over the years and I just don't care for it. As for AR I could get into, but its still a long ways away. When AR can do one of or both, with Full field of view and be smaller like wearing just a pair of glasses I am in.

I do have to say I am digital only anymore, but the last round of gears of war preorder bonuses for extra charters at stores made me upset I don't have. For PC I am 100% digital, on console I am now 100% digital. Only thing I miss now is the pre order bonuses from stores. But on the other hand its nice having a midnight release for every game I get instead of waiting until morning when the store opens.

I would hope for a Ghost Recon game, but with RB6 about to release I am sure it not. So next thing I can hope on is a Silent Hunter game. Bring on the Uboats and Destroyers! I wish but know that to wont happen at least not on console.

For the augmented reality I would love to see a RTS. First thing I thought of was Ruse from UBIsoft. Thinking they could have a table appear in the middle of the room. You can walk around the table like looking over the battlefield controlling your army. Anyways would like to see any kind of RTS with the AR. There is more games I think could work great too but the RTS one really has me excited. At least what I picture in my head on how it could work anyways.

Agreed, only one I hated todate was the new Farcry I did digital preorder before I knew that the map editor was useless and the coop was majorly gimped. Yet I will still preorder, but from now on I will not preorder a game that's having info with held. Once I know what I need to know about a game I will go ahead and preorder. I was thinking of Mechassult. You have the TV screen as your window into the game and the AR is off screen with all the controls to the mech. I can also see a lot of games that where showed off for illumiroom working the same way with main stream games with this AR glasses. Still have the main game on screen but you can look around your room and see else where within the game. Say even if its just a beacon, heartbeats behind walls. I am on it because the only reason I buy ever far cry is for the MP map editor. Without the MP editor in farcry its not my kind of game. Making the maps and playing them with friends is what Farcry means to me and has nothing to do with the SP.

I think the down fall for Farcry if there is one, is going to be with the map editor. So far the silence from UBI is not good on it and all is pointing to NO MP map editor maps.
