What's the use of having a special or limited edition of the game when Japan will likely get a KHBBS:FM++ sometime next year and we wont?

Serves you right for putting price tags on alternate costumes (SF4/SSF4) thats already on the disk. Expect the upcoming rumored DLC characters to have a price tag too.
