Due to the price cut in September for the x360... i expect the sales difference in August between the PS3 and X360 to be bigger then VG Chartz points out. I would guess that most people that want to buy the console, would wait for September. The sales from September should be interesting, not the August sales.
Personally, i think Microsoft (or other companys that might be interested) did great business not buying yahoo. I'm no business specialist, but i think Yahoo was not worth all that money. As for online search, the best is google, and that's it.
@Prismo_Fillusion "When I see articles like this and remember all the meanspirited things that xbox fanboys have said about the PS3, and I remember all the meanspirited things that both xbox and PS3 fanboys have said about the Wii"
And what about the meanspirited things that PS3 fanboys have said about the x360? And what about the meanspirited things that PS3 and x360 fanboys have said about the PC (my fav platform)?
That's the lame excuse you have for one company doing good business with bundles and other company's is desperate when doing bundles. Are you serious?
Tell me something, when Sony was offering PS3 (that cost at the time 600$) for free with Bravia's, was Sony doing good business or where they being desperate? When Sony offered Propogue for free with the 40gb PS3, was it good business or where they desperate?
When Sony decreased the price by 200$ ...
It's funny ... when Sony offers a PS3 with a bravia or sells a PS3 pack with a game (Motorsotrm, MGS4, etc) it's a good deal. Then even had a pack with Prologue and the 40gb PS3, where the game was free.
When Microsoft offers 1600 points with a console, or other deal, then they are desperate.
JUST LOL (how the minds of fanboys work, actually how they don't work).
@DJ "They want a PC connected to very TV in the world, and Xbox is the only way to do so"
Is that so? So whats the point of having a "PC connected to every TV in the world" if it's only to loose money? Whould you care to explain? I'm no business expert, but if a business looses money, i think i would abandon it and try other busines models to see if i win money.
And at a 68% failure, they would be loosing a lot of money.
I say BS... because if it was this high, Microsoft would of left the xbox and the console gaming world... simple logic. Microsoft are in business to make money, and at this failure rate, they would have abandoned this and moved on. They lost money on the first xbox, do you really think that they want to loose money on the second one. If so, they would have quit with the x360.
So i say ... it's a BS article. I believe it's high... but never that high.
Well, i was talking about games that come after MGS4, but what the hell, never mind, i know the answer, you don't have new games to play, just old ones.
