Japanese don't care for western games, so unless Microsoft is willing to invest in a few exclusives JPRG's (more then last gen) or Japanese games, then why bother showing up in TGS.
We have already seen a few exclusive Japanese games announced for the PS4... as for the X1, there is only one that I know of, Scalebound. Microsoft needs more then that if they want to make a dent in Japan.
More BS from WB.

What the hell is wrong with these developers?
Another developer down the drain. Codemasters, shame on you.
Someone should sue these guys. I hope the European Union makes a case against developers like this and fine the hell out of them.
I wasn't impressed by the Gears of War 4 E3 trailer.
It's missing the wow factor.
One of my most expected games of the year.
This is BS, since Square-Enix is in bed with Sony now: FF7, Nier 2, Star Ocean 5...
"Microsoft to skip Tokyo Game Show 2015"
Understandably.
"it appears Microsoft might be preparing its own event for Japan"
If so, then they're just throwing money away.
... Well... if they would presented exclusive JRPG's like Lost Odyssey 2, then their event would be worthwile.
"People Should Not Complain about the PS Plus Instant Game Collection"
If it's a paid service, people have every right to complain.
BTW, 99% of indie games out that are crap or shovelware.
Sony should make a list of games for PS+ and let gamers pick the games they want.
Example: List with 2-3 AAA games and 2-3 indie games and let people pick 2 of those games.
BTW... telling everyone that you would pick Rocket League and Binding of Isaac over Gears and Assassin Creed, who are you trying to BS?
Would you pick Rocket League and Binding of Isaac over Uncharted and GOW?
If you are really that into to indies, then get a PC... you'...
Yep, releasing Tomb Raider on November 10 is just plain suicide. Fallout 4 is THE most expected game of the year.
Smart move would be releasing it beginning of October or beginning of December (not the same day as Just Cause 3).
... unless Microsoft has planed a super X1 bundle that we don't know about: X1 with Rise Tomb Raider and Fallout 4.
Or imagine this Bundle:
X1/TombRaider/RiseTombRaider/ Fallout3/Fallout4 (console with 4 games).
Not surprised. Everybody knows that PS4 sells more games then the X1... and most people will purchase the multiplat game on the console that looks and plays the best.
Simply put, Microsoft lost the multiplat market this gen and that's what's hurting them the most.
What surprises me is that after so many shi**y Ubisoft PC ports, they still make quite a lot of money from the PC.
... and my hype for this game just died.
@Genuine-User
You clearly don't know the meaning of exclusive. Go look it up. Most of those games on your list are not PS4 exclusive.
One other thing... when BC comes to X1, will you update your list (since X360/PS3/PC apparently don't count)?
What this article is pointing out, is that Sony has no exclusive system sellers for this holiday season and that's why it's relying heavily on 3rd party games. Basically, Sony doesn't need AAA exclusi...
"Assassin’s Creed Unity was kind of great after all"
No it wasn't. It was average. Assassin’s Creed series needs to rest for a few years.
"Exclusive to PS4 in 2015"
Hummm... this wording could mean a timed exclusive. It reminds me the wording used to promote Rise of the Tomb Raider. For full exclusives, we normally see something like "Only on Playstation".
PS4 has no exclusive for the rest of 2015 that really interests me. There are way better multiplat titles getting released.
Fallout 4, XCOM 2, Just Cause 3, MGS5, Hitman, etc... just to name a few. Most of my gaming will be on a PC.
I've said it before, my next PS4 game will probably be Uncharted 4 (next year).
The problem with Rare is that the most talented people left when Microsoft purchased Rare. If that talent had remained at Rare, they would probably be one of the best developers by now...
Interesting games on the list.
Satellite Reign (Syndicate clone) looks great.
So much fuss for a Remake that's getting released on 2018 or later...
