If you got it from Steam or GMG you can refund. For GMG you have to wait until the first patch. On Steam you can just get the refund immediately.
It breaks the game if you do. The game isn't coded well at all. So the moment you remove the cap things start to get fucky.

Title is misleading. This is for hacks. NOT BUGS. It's for finding hacks for the game that people have made so they can use them to patch their game to block hackers.

That makes no sense seeing the game has *optional* gameworks setting that aren't the problem. The game itself is fucked up. Without those settings on and all settings on low it will still glitch out randomly.

That's been in the last few games as well. No matter how pretty the game is if it runs like shit even on the lowest settings.
Yea, this is probably just this site misinterpreting Todd. He himself laughed at the idea of their games running at less than 60 when showing off Doom. I doubt he'd let them limit the PC version to 30.
Devs don't have to wait on anyone to update their games on pc. On consoles they have to wait for their patches to be authorized.

MS had no games they showed that appealed to me, Halo 5 looks more CoD than ever to me. Gears 4 looks like the recent RE games which are terrible. And I can't even think of anything else they showed that wasn't a multiplat.
No PS4 fan boy, not at all. Don't own either consoles, but KH3, and Fallout 4 are the only games that have me excited.
I never really liked FF VII. I likes 6 and 9 way more. 12 was the best IMO when you ignore Vann. So, I think Fallout 4 is by far the best thing shown.
It won't end, and the story is nonsense at this point. They just milk and milk to it dies from no one caring anymore.
