Check out Observation by No Code. It was released last year and gives me the same vibes as SOMA and takes place in space. Extremely underrated game. Go in as blind as possible.
Since November 2018. The game has been available on Steam for years longer and has made much more than just 50 million.

Ok so I don't buy the game. I don't really like things like censorship and altering things just because some people complain. Royal has sold horribly in Japan so it's a flop anyway, this isn't helping.

Better story yes, the level design is around the same quality, better content, yes, better atmosphere

Games are not all about graphics either. Framerate is the reason you should get a PS5 or PC.
