They are terrible, if I would have get a 550$ Xbox in 2005 it would worth only 5$ now. They are so not creative, they just copy all the time SONY. Sony rule. HD-DVD suck. Blu-Ray is way better.

Let's be realistic, Wii is better on that. If PS3 want to stand again't it it must put more emphacis on FPS. Intreduce a Gun that will work with every shooter, what is a shooter without a GUN.
And 6axis to more the player aroung, to crawl, you hold a boutton then you can look around.
A gun + sixaxis = Killing.

PS3 is a new machine. To make the PS2 they took a PS2 and then add some stuff. On PS3 it is totaly new except the XO, square, triangle. BC is another strategy, I presume next year they will place it back with a update, and people will say WOW the BC is back let get a PS3. People want cheeper but they don't want to have what they pay for, I think if you pay less you will have less. The difference between a 60 and 40 GB will be 100$... 100$ is the price of a PS2. The good move from Sony was Bluray, the system is perfect: such a great console and it dose not break like Xbush. The bad about it is not BC, but the rumbble, people like it alot. That is the weak part of the think. I think it is good to have no BC for my own point of view: cause people will focus on new games, after a month they will forget about PS2. They did what they have to do with to reduce cost. The best yet to come. Firmware update is a wounderfull idea they can keep the engine runnin...
I don't believe 360 is so strong in US, it was there before PS3. Between the PS2 and the 360, people PS2 cause there was more sales. About the numbers of sales, PS3 sold mostly more than XBush for the 1st year. Anx X was alone, and sold so few console, if it was not MS the owner they where already backrupt, cause they spend already 1 billion on Red ring of death. No compagny can hold that.
