I don't think so. The PS2 and PS4 are both products of their time. The PS2 was the peak of innovation and technological advancement in tandem with developers' abilities and needs. There were so many unique games and quirky masterpieces that you wouldn't see on ps4, or rather, in today's gaming climate due to many factors including how difficult and time consuming it is to make games, and the economical status of the world.
