PC Digital Sales are 80-90%. These are only non-Digital sales.
Well Fallout 4 is literally a 100 times bigger game than The Order 1886, so either The Order 1886 either oversold or Fallout 4 undersold. Take your pick.

Its not about selling Xbox One it is about making money and putting their 1st party games on 2 platforms will make them the most money. People who prefer to play on consoles can buy it for an Xbox One and people who prefer PC gaming can buy it from the Xbox Store in Windows 10.

Not really it is much much better game than Assassin's Creed Unity was at launch. It looks better in some areas than AC Unity but looks a little conservative in others, but most importantly it runs better. Overall I would call it a good port provided you are not trying to run it on a toaster.

They grossly overestimated the milking appeal of Star Wars: Battlefront thinking they would sell 13 million copies priced at $110 by March 31, 2016. If these stats are any indication they would be lucky to sell 1.3 million copies:

Another game missing from the list is Need For Speed. Although not on PC yet but I would imagine it looks amazing on consoles as well and should have been there on the list.
A list of best graphics and best games does not need to be same.
GTA V on PC needs a special mention as well, as does Dying Light and Mad Max.
Steam is Half-Life 2 Episode 3. Half-Life 3 is probably being developed at a Top Secret underground base beneath Area 51.
Original Tomb Raider games were not that good and have not aged well. Tomb Raider became a much better game series ever since Crystal Dynamics took over in 2006 with Tomb Raider Legend and has gradually improved with each game. Yes they have boroughed things from other games but I don't see anything wrong with that if it improves the game. Its not like other games have boroughed things from the Tomb Raider series of games.
