Yeah I agree. The implementation in Quantum break was bad and the one used in Rainbow Six: Siege was pretty good.
No 4k Blu-Ray Drive
No Native 4k
No 60 fps for the vast majority of games
No point
No buy
They will be using temporal reconstruction techniques to get non native 4k similar to what Quantum Break used to achieve "1080p" on Xbox One. and was also used in Rainbow Six: Siege.
Soon Forza Horizon 3
If its a cool looking Alienware like branded PC by Microsoft that also runs my vr, steam, gog, origin, uplay, blizzard etc games and apps, and can be upgraded with higher end PC components from any manufacturer then I am most definitely going to get it. If its just a 6 TF closed traditional console then I am not sure I will get it.
"Half-Life, which is the third-greatest shooter of all time after Halo: Combat Evolved and Quake, which are tied for first place."
I stopped reading there.
Best possible.
Consoles have the biggest issues of them all. An overwhelming majority of console games are locked at 30 fps and look inferior to PC versions running at 1080p/60 fps and when you go above 1080p is when PC is just on a league of its own.
Half-Life 3.
Its not like Sony poured millions of dollars in marketing No Man's Sky like its an exclusive, money which could have been spent on hiring talented developers who could actually pull off everything Sean Murray claimed you can do in No Man's Sky.
My two GTX 1080 are ready for 4k/60fps.
This is awesome, thanks for sharing.
Its a driver issue. I am using the beta 369.09 drivers and I can play at 4k/60fps with a single GTX 1080. These drivers will be available to everyone next week and should resolve most of the performance issues people are having.
Or maybe PC versions run at higher resolutions and fps than the aged consoles sub 1080p/30fps.
Yes because Counter-Strike Global Offensive makes so much money on consoles.
Failed spiritual successor.
Gameplay is still pretty mediocre so no the game does not deserve a second chance.
He is being too generous.
We figured. A PC with 4.2 TF GPU and an i5 is only capable of 2k/30fps or 1080p/60fps natively on most AAA games this gen, so a console with a weak CPU will not be far off that performance mark.
